Learn Some New Songs

On the free guitar tablature page you will find links to some free guitar tablature sites where you can search for the songs that you want to learn. Almost all the songs at these sites are posted by members, so some of the tabs may not be totally accurate.

If it is 100% accurate tabs that you are looking for, you will find them in the links below. Just click on the name of the artist or band to see what's available.

Of course, if you want 100% accurate guitar tabs, you will have to purchase the book. It's a small price to pay if you want to learn the songs the way they were originally done. As well, it helps support the artist or band that worked so hard to write those songs.

Owning the book will save you the hassle of searching all over the net for the songs too.

I can tell you that after 20 years of playing, I've accumulated a serious collection of tab books, and I will always have them to refer back to, and I often do.

I will also quickly mention that if you are into creating and sharing your own tab with other guitar players, then you may like a software program called Guitar Pro 5.

Guitar Pro 5 is a really cool program that I use on a regular basis to help make the lessons that I post on this site. It not only lets you write your own tabs, but it can also play the tab back for you which I find really handy. It was revamped from the old version to include a realistic sound engine, to sound like real instruments that are being played instead of the old midi sound that was used.

It is also a great way to share your own version of a song with friends or people you know. If you like you can get a 15 day trail version of
Guitar Pro 5 from there website to see what you think for yourself.
